Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Guide clients through inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our collections and materials.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Collect and share customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.
