Trade Terms

Welcome to Timeless Design Works ("TDW", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our trade platform at https://tdwtrade.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing any orders or using our services.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods

All order payments placed through https://tdwtrade.com/ must be processed via bank transfer unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing. For inquiries regarding alternative payment methods, please contact our trade team at trade@timelessdesignworks.com.

1.2 Payment Schedule

Orders must be paid in full immediately following order placement unless alternative payment terms have been explicitly agreed upon. For high-value orders, partial payment arrangements may be available upon request. Please contact trade@timelessdesignworks.com to discuss partial payment options.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Return Window

Trade orders may be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.

2.2 Return Conditions

Trade partners assume full responsibility for returning items to our designated warehouse facility. All returned items must be:

Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
In their original condition and packaging where possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase and return authorization

2.3 Damaged Returns

Items that arrive damaged as part of a return shipment will not be eligible for refund. The value of damaged items will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2.4 Private Customer Returns

Returns from private customers cannot be sent directly to our warehouse facilities. Such returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the trade partner at the trade partner's expense. Associated return shipping charges will be billed to the trade partner's account.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original bank account or payment gateway used for the purchase unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and approved by the TDW trade team.

To request a refund to a different account or through an alternative payment method, please contact trade@timelessdesignworks.com prior to initiating the return process.

4. Order Delays

4.1 Production and Fulfillment

Delays may occur during the production or fulfillment of orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, manufacturing issues, or force majeure events.

4.2 Liability

TDW shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from such delays. Standard cancellation terms remain applicable regardless of any delays.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

5.1 Marketing Materials

Trade partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use TDW-provided images and marketing materials for the following purposes:

Marketing and promotional activities related to TDW products
Trade-related activities within the trade partner's business operations

5.2 Usage Restrictions

Trade partners agree to the following restrictions:

Images and marketing materials shall not be shared with parties outside of the trade partner's authorized team
Content may not be modified, altered, or used in a manner that misrepresents TDW products or brand identity
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of TDW

5.3 License Grant

The license granted herein encompasses all forms of use including, but not limited to: exploitation, publication, translation, duplication, distribution, public reproduction, storage on any medium, processing, modification, and the subsequent use of derivative works. No further consent from TDW is required for the exercise of rights explicitly granted under this agreement.

6. Agreement Termination

6.1 Termination Rights

TDW reserves the right to terminate any trade agreement with a trade partner at any time, with or without notice, and without the requirement to provide specific justification.

6.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a trade agreement, TDW will suspend all trade operations and benefits associated with the agreement, including but not limited to:

Trade discounts and preferential pricing
The ability to place new trade orders
Access to proprietary marketing content and materials
Participation in trade partner programs

6.3 Ongoing Support

Our customer support team remains available to assist with any outstanding matters following the termination of a trade agreement.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 GDPR Compliance

In accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), trade partners have the right to:

Request access to any trade or personal data held by TDW
Request the correction of inaccurate data
Request the complete deletion of all data held by TDW

9. Modifications to Terms

TDW reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
